IT audits

Building a comprehensive picture of the IT at any company is complicated. IT is a moving target and the information about IT is typically in a collection of disparate documents and maintained by different groups of people. Experience has taught us that the success of individual projects is highly impacted by the degree to which we understand, and are able to collaborate with, other applications and services within the enterprise. In IT audits we gain an understanding of the current IT landscape so that we can propose a realistic collaboration or integration strategies. We also seek to understand future IT investments so that the technology strategy for current projects anticipates the evolution of the broader IT environment and is able to take advantage of new infrastructure and service upgrades.
