Training assessment & delivery

We believe that training is one of a set of possible solutions for a problem. Before we recommend training as a solution we will first determine whether skill deficiency is a meaningful root cause and what other factors in the work environment may “defeat” the good intentions of a training program. When training belongs in the solution set, we will ensure that the right people get the right training at the right time, as efficiently as possible. We also apply the same cost-benefit analysis to training as we do to any other recommendation – the return on investment for a training program should exceed all other possible uses of the associated resources. This approach and capability, not typical in most organizations, can be transferred to your training department. We prefer to work collaboratively with your team; to reduce overall cost, increase acceptance, and create legacy knowledge assets that maintain and expand the value of our project work.
